Some Of My Beliefs

• Because of today's economy we need to make the best use of our resources.
• Ethics is an important part of Law Enforcement.
• Inmates of the jail should not be treated better than the victims they have created.
• Respect must be earned.
• I am firm, fair, & impartial. I look at the whole picture and use common sense before making a decision.
• I believe in rewarding outstanding performance and promoting qualified personnel.
• I am straight forward and stand for the truth.
• All jobs have a beginning and an end, I believe you should make a difference and leave an organization better than the way you found it.
  
• I am a firm believer in the Constitution of the United States and I will defend it.
